Female students and working professionals aged 17–32. A valid photo ID and a parent/guardian phone number are required at check-in. All residents are onboarded via a short in-person interview with the house parent.

Breakfast 7:30–9:30 AM, lunch 12:30–2:30 PM, evening snack + chai 5:30–6:30 PM, dinner 8:00–10:00 PM. Menu follows a rotating cycle that varies regularly, with Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian and Continental days. Jain and Sattvic variants are always available on request.

Biometric main entry, CCTV on all floors and the terrace, a female night guard from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and a house parent on call. Entry after 10:30 PM requires prior intimation to the front desk.

Yes. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is included in your rent, available in every room and common area. Bandwidth is unlimited and unmetered.

One pair per day (top + bottom) washed and ironed, included in your rent. Delicates and dry-clean-only items can be outsourced to a partner — speak to the front desk for current rates.

Small personal items (kettle, iron, mini fridge) are allowed. Larger furniture is not permitted since rooms are fully furnished. Speak to the front desk before moving anything in.

Parents are welcome in the visitor lounge between 9 AM and 8:30 PM. Overnight guests are not permitted. We can help point you to nearby hotels if needed.

Call or WhatsApp us to schedule a site visit — most bookings happen the same day. Confirmation requires the first month's rent plus a refundable security deposit. UPI, cards, and bank transfer are accepted.
