1. Rent cycle

Rent is charged on a calendar month basis and is due on or before the 5th of every month. For check-ins mid-month, rent for the first partial month is charged pro-rata on a per-day basis.

2. Accepted payment modes

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• IMPS, NEFT, RTGS bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards via our secure payment link (2% convenience fee for credit cards)
• Cash — discouraged. If paid, a signed receipt is issued the same day.

3. Late fee

A late fee of ₹100 per day applies from the 8th of the month. Access privileges may be restricted from the 15th if rent remains unpaid without prior written intimation.

4. Prepayment discounts

• Quarterly prepayment — 4% off
• Half-yearly prepayment — 7% off
• Annual prepayment — 10% off (locks the rent for 12 months)

5. Add-ons

Electricity above the fair-use cap of 3 units per bed per day, paid laundry beyond the daily included pair, printed food add-ons (weekend snacks, dessert plans), and additional cleaning are billed monthly with itemized invoices.

6. Invoicing

Every payment is receipted digitally via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours. Monthly statements are shared on the 1st of every month via email.
