Entry & timings

• Main door biometric access from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Entry after 10:30 PM requires prior intimation to the front desk via WhatsApp.
• Late-shift working professionals are issued a private code and a warm-plate dinner service.
• Quiet hours: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please use headphones during quiet hours.

Guests

• Female friends and family may visit rooms with resident's prior intimation; two-person cap per room.
• Male visitors — including brothers, fathers, and colleagues — are welcome only in the ground-floor visitor lounge.
• Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances.

Kitchen & dining

• Meals are served at fixed windows. Please carry your plate and glass back to the wash station.
• Personal cooking is limited to kettles and small appliances. No induction cookers or gas stoves in rooms.
• Non-vegetarian food is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Safety

• Do not share biometric access or door codes with anyone, including other residents.
• Report any unfamiliar person on the premises to the front desk immediately.
• Fire exits are marked on each floor. Monthly fire drills are conducted on the first Saturday.

Community

We are a shared home. Respect other residents' sleep schedules, study time, and personal space. Any harassment, ragging, or discrimination — of any kind — leads to immediate termination without refund.
