By booking a room, checking in, or continuing to occupy premises at Mansarovar Girls PG, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Occupancy is restricted to female students and working professionals aged 17 to 32, verified with a government-issued photo ID and a parent or guardian contact.

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the first month's rent, refundable security deposit, and one-time onboarding fee. Rooms are held for a maximum of 5 working days from provisional confirmation.

3. Occupancy

Only the resident named in the booking may occupy the allotted bed. Sub-letting, sharing beds with unregistered persons, and overnight guests are strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct

• Consumption or storage of alcohol, tobacco, or narcotics on the premises is prohibited.
• Male visitors are not permitted beyond the ground-floor visitor lounge.
• Residents must observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Damage to property beyond fair wear and tear is billed at cost.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the stay with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate a stay with immediate effect and forfeiture of deposit in case of violation of the conduct clause, non-payment of rent for 15+ days, or any conduct that endangers other residents.

6. Limitation of liability

Mansarovar Girls PG is not liable for personal valuables kept in rooms. Residents are advised to use their in-room lockable storage. Insurance for personal belongings is the resident's responsibility.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
