Every plan below includes accommodation, four meals a day, Wi-Fi, RO water, daily housekeeping, and one laundry pair a day. Electricity has a fair-use cap of 3 units per bed per day — nothing else is billed on top.

No. Long-stay residential PG accommodation is exempt under current GST guidelines. You will only see the rent line-item and any electricity overage.
The deposit is one month's rent. When you decide to leave, you serve a 30-day written notice period and the deposit is applied toward that final month's rent. There is no separate cash refund to wait for.
UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and debit/credit card via our secure payment link. Cash is discouraged and, if paid, receipted with a signed acknowledgment the same day.
No. We charge zero brokerage and there are no hidden onboarding or joining fees.
Electricity is billed separately via the Urjavi app at ₹13/unit. Your room's meter is prepaid, so you only pay for what your room uses. Paid laundry is also billed if you exceed the daily included pair. Nothing else.
30 days written notice via email or WhatsApp desk. If you leave before serving notice, the deposit adjusts pro-rata for unpaid days.
Yes — short-stay is available at a 15% premium on the monthly rate, subject to availability. Minimum booking is 28 days.
Meal costs are bundled and non-refundable for daily skips. For planned absences over 7 days notified in advance, a meal-credit of ₹120/day is applied to the next invoice.
