1. Pre-check-in cancellation

• More than 15 days before scheduled check-in: 100% refund of rent and deposit; onboarding fee non-refundable.
• 7–15 days before check-in: 50% of first month's rent forfeited; deposit fully refunded.
• Under 7 days: first month's rent forfeited; deposit fully refunded.

2. Notice period

A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for check-out. Notice must be sent by email or via the resident WhatsApp desk. Verbal notice is not accepted.

3. Early exit

If you leave before serving the 30-day notice, the shortfall is adjusted against your security deposit on a pro-rata basis. Rent for the remainder of the notice month is forfeited.

4. Deposit refund timeline

Security deposit is refunded within 15 working days of check-out, after (a) exit inspection of the room and (b) settlement of any pending electricity, laundry, or damage charges. A full statement of deductions is shared before the refund is initiated.

5. Refund mode

All refunds are processed via NEFT to the bank account originally used for payment. Refund reference numbers are shared over WhatsApp and email within 48 hours of processing.

6. Non-refundable items

• One-time onboarding fee (₹1,500).
• Consumed monthly rent for periods already stayed.
• Charges for damage to property beyond fair wear and tear.
